Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and diligent Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, products are stocked, and customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and providing top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are organized
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of understanding and following company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
