Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays following company guidelines.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
