Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Processing customer purchases and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
