Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a pleasant shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
