Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain the store's appearance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
