Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with our team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company procedures and maintain document confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• High School Diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
