Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures
• Participate in store inventory counts and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register efficiently and safely operate equipment
• Work independently, stay organized, and multi-task effectively

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience preferred
