Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Undertake additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
