Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Average Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
