Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and assist customers with their purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies for store security.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational skills for handling cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and maintaining store standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
