Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold store standards.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle customer purchases and operate the cash register.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
• Operate equipment including a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
