Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and teamwork. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
