Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaboration and exceptional customer service are at the core of this role.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. qualities consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• Meet state requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
