Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers by assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and general cleaning tasks. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain a tidy store appearance, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and perform assigned tasks diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
