Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies
• Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
