Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, serving customers, and ensuring a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.

• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to company cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
