Job Description

As a Store Team Member at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold company policies.
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
