Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash register and other store equipment effectively.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
