Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory management activities according to established guidelines.
• Follow cash handling policies to ensure store security.
• Adhere to company procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands related to stocking and store maintenance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
