Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior experience in retail is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
