Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
