Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play an essential role in maintaining our store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide top-notch customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
