Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member where you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Enhance the shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service during shopping experiences
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and store cleanliness
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security of data

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
