Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team, where you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while performing assigned tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register, handling equipment, and following cleaning protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as an advantage.
