Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt, courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Able to uphold company policies, perform cleaning tasks, and follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge will be considered.
