Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi’s team. As a crucial part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a tidy store environment.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
