Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will uphold our high customer service standards and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
