Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and welcoming for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Operate cash register and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory and assist in store inventory counts

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate equipment efficiently and follow company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
