Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for selling alcoholic beverages.
