Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
