Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
