Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You'll collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core competencies and professional skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Take part in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow cleaning standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
