Store Team Member

Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance customer satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.

Position Type:

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18 to work at ALDI.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
