Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
