Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise with care and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
