Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with our team, providing exceptional customer service and upholding ALDI's standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to support store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting and stocking items.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
