We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate any issues to management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
