Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store environment. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
