Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate well with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
• Support inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexible to work independently or within a team setting
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
