Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store performance
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ensure document security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
• Knowledge of equipment operation, cleaning standards, and company policies
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
