Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting merchandise

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
