Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by maintaining a tidy store and assisting customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment responsibly.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
