Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service and ensure the store operates efficiently.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and team player attitude
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
