We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and cashier efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with the team.
• Report inventory discrepancies and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company procedures.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
