Job Description

As a Store Team Member at ALDI, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate closely with the ALDI team to uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
