Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will help enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
• Perform general cleaning tasks according to standards

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
