Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
• Adhere to security and confidentiality measures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow safety guidelines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience is a plus
