Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our store organized, stocked, and offering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
