Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will be an essential part of our team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Stock shelves, handle inventory, and maintain product displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Uphold company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operational skills for cash register and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
