Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Capable of using equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
